Corporate Sales Manager
Preferred Floor & Tile CO. is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager responsible for leading the Lead Generation function, which includes both in-store and in-home sales activities. This role focuses on driving lead volume, conversion rates, and revenue performance while developing a high-performing sales organization.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Lead Generators, and in the future, Division Leaders, to achieve individual and team performance targets
Establish clear expectations, performance metrics, and accountability systems for lead generation, in-home sales, and conversion results
Recruit, onboard, and train Lead Generators and future Division Leaders
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and corrective action as needed
Own lead generation strategy and execution across retail locations and in-home sales activity
Drive appointment volume, appointment-to-sale conversion, and overall revenue performance
Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with operations, marketing, and store leadership to optimize customer engagement and sales pipeline
Ensure Lead Generators are properly executing in-home measures and sales processes with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain consistent sales standards, pricing integrity, and customer experience
Monitor field performance and provide ongoing training and support
Build scalable processes, reporting, and organizational structure to support future growth into Divisional leadership
Ensure consistent execution of policies, procedures, and sales standards across all locations
Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and related systems
Prepare the organization for future expansion of leadership layers
Uphold high standards of customer engagement, professionalism, and ethical sales practices
Ensure teams consistently deliver positive, trust-based customer experiences
Act as a senior leader and ambassador for the company’s values and culture
All other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, retail sales management, lead generation, or related field
Proven experience building, leading, and scaling sales teams
Experience with in-home sales models is highly preferred
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in standardized situations
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to retail locations and customer sites
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
Strong computer skills (CRM and sales reporting proficiency)
Must have strong communication and negotiation skills
Be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience with in-home sales models is highly preferred
