Run cases start to finish — intake through trial
Work across multiple practice areas, not a single silo
Take depositions, lead mediations/arbitrations, develop strategy, and mentor junior attorneys
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar
JD from ABA-accredited school
4+ years of CA civil litigation defense experience (ideal 4–7 years; flexible up to senior level)
Strong courtroom skills and true litigation background (not transactional)
Willingness to be primarily in-office (especially initially)
