They are currently seeking a highly skilled Experienced CNC Machine Repair Technician to perform installation, diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of CNC machinery and facility equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair CNC machinery including mills, lathes, routers, and associated control systems
Troubleshoot and resolve electronic issues involving PLCs, servo motors, drives, and control circuits
Perform mechanical repairs including hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision alignments
Complete maintenance work orders and document all repairs and inspections accurately
Conduct preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedules and internal protocols

Qualification

Required

Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and facility systems (electrical, pneumatic, mechanical)
Strong understanding of control systems, schematics, and technical documentation
Excellent communication skills for working with team members and external vendors

Preferred

Trade School or Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC repair or industrial maintenance
