Responsibilities

Coordinate preparation of project drawings, specifications and scope-of-work

Estimate project costs and/or prepare capital expenditure requests

Prepare purchase requisitions for respective projects, track project costs, track project progress, conduct status and follow-up meetings, and other administrative matters

Construction inspection for required conformance

Driver’s License Requirement: Employees who drive on company business to carry out job-related duties must possess a valid driver’s license for the class of vehicle driven and meet automobile insurability requirements of the Company. Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Facilities experience

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
