Required

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2026 - May 2027
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred

Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Fundamental skills to effectively analyze data to identify issues, risks and opportunities for operational improvements in network operations
Knowledge of ITIL terminology and concepts
Knowledge of data models and database design
Mining and segmentation techniques
Knowledge of SQL with demonstrated ability to create and execute view only queries
