Sales Development Representative
Lumber is reshaping the construction industry with an AI-powered workforce management platform. As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive business growth by identifying and qualifying prospective customers, generating leads, and scheduling meetings.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting efforts through cold-calling to identify and engage potential customers
Set up meetings and product demos for the Account Executive team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g. HubSpot)
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and appointments set
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn) is a plus
