Responsibilities

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Prepare and maintain balance sheet and income statement schedules

Assist with consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities

Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring audit readiness

Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies

Partner cross-functionally to support evolving accounting, reporting, and compliance needs

Identify process improvement opportunities and help strengthen accounting controls and documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required

5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including exposure to audit, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and treasury functions

Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

Experience performing account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities

Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) for transactional and reporting functions

Advanced Excel capability for financial analysis, reconciliations, and data validation

Ability to research accounting issues, interpret guidance, and apply conclusions appropriately

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Proactive, self-directed, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively

Preferred

CPA designation is a plus

Experience within a public accounting firm preferred

Familiarity with broker-dealer or digital asset industries is highly desirable
