Mid LevelKeystone Recruitment is seeking an experienced finance professional to join a customer’s AI team as a Derivatives & Quant Finance – AI Trainer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in derivatives and quantitative finance to curate, seed, and annotate complex, real-world datasets to improve AI models’ ability to interpret financial data.

Responsibilities
Develop and seed messy, real-world finance datasets for AI training, including derivatives spreadsheets, partial models, and ambiguous artifacts
Evaluate, annotate, and structure quantitative finance inputs to improve model comprehension and output quality
Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to select and prepare finance materials for AI ingestion
Communicate detailed insights, rationale, and feedback in clear written and verbal form
Contribute to iterative, structure-emerging workflows where AI models learn from unstructured or chaotic data
Guide AI systems in reconstructing, normalizing, or extending incomplete financial datasets
Adapt to evolving project needs and ambiguous workflows, seeding data prior to formal rubrics or structure where required
Qualification
Required
Strong background in derivatives and quantitative finance with practical exposure to industry-relevant data
Experience analyzing, interpreting, and annotating messy or incomplete financial datasets
Proficiency with spreadsheets, models, and unstructured quantitative finance artifacts
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for complex finance and quantitative concepts
Ability to work independently and asynchronously within remote, distributed teams
Familiarity with AI concepts, data seeding, or model training workflows
Adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in unstructured, iterative project environments
Preferred
Prior experience contributing to AI, data science, or finance-related model training projects
Experience with tools for data normalization, annotation, or reconstruction of quantitative finance models
Cross-disciplinary collaboration experience in high-paced, experimental settings
