Information Technology
Responsibilities
Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash advances
Maintain and balance cash drawer throughout the day
Assist members in person and via drive-thru with inquiries and basic account needs
Refer members to other departments for specialized services when appropriate
Support branch operations such as opening/closing procedures and supply management
Participate in training and assist with onboarding new tellers
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
Attention to detail and solid math skills for cash handling
Retail or service industry experience is a plus
Preferred
Previous teller or banking experience
Familiarity with cash handling and check processing
