Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed on-boarding project plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational objectives

Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Customer Support, and Technical teams, to orchestrate a cohesive on-boarding and successful project launch

Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the on-boarding phase

Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, set expectations, and provide regular updates on project progress

Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally

Address and resolve any challenges or concerns that arise during the on-boarding process

Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future issues

Setup user credentials and troubleshoot login issues

Create transactional & managed customers within TMS and Portal

Conduct trainings and demos of current technology to current customers, prospects and internal team members

Work with 3rd party developers on escalated issues
