Responsibilities

Develop and implement VDC workflows for high-rise and modular construction projects
Perform and oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution
Manage digital model integration using Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders
Conduct research, prepare professional presentations , and manage project documentation
Lead and participate in virtual project meetings
Ability to attend in-person meetings (NY/NJ area) when required is a plus

Required

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in VDC/BIM-related roles
Hands-on experience with Revit
Working knowledge of Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
Strong coordination and communication skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in VDC/BIM management roles
Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
Proven experience with high-rise buildings, modular construction, MEP, and structural systems
Strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred

Experience with high-rise or modular construction projects is a plus
Ability to attend in-person meetings (NY/NJ area) when required is a plus
