MSS Solutions, LLC is experiencing phenomenal growth and has an opening for a Warehouse Manager in Charleston, SC. The role involves managing stock control, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

Manage stock control: receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading/unloading and transferring to job site, document record keeping and data entry into system

Plan, organize and have control of overall warehouse operations

Manage Warehouse Support Personnel, Toolroom Personnel, and Truck Drivers

Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and dock areas

Prepare RMA’s for un-used material; coordinate pickup/delivery of items and maintain records

Maintain appropriate levels of stock inventory items; cycle counts, ordering as needed, receipts, system entries

Maintain un-used stock overflow items in orderly manner

Receive list of requested items for jobs from PM/field personnel, check overstocks, obtain purchase orders and place orders for items

Ensure truck driver(s) is/are meeting deliveries and order pick-ups as scheduled

Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time

Required

Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge of piping and piping systems

Experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment

Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Planning and organization skills

Must successfully pass a background check and drug test

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Physical Demands: Constant sitting, walking short distances, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching above and/or below shoulder, handling/grasping documents or office equipment, clear speaking and adequate hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and respond appropriately in-person and/or on the telephone, vision sufficient to read source materials and computer screen data, repetitive motions for computer equipment use, lift 25 lbs. occasionally, 5-10 lbs. frequently to lift/carry/move objects, files and documents
