Own and execute the technology & AI roadmap aligned to 2X’s service evolution

Lead development of internal and client-facing platforms, tools, and AI-driven solutions

Embed automation, AI agents, and intelligent workflows across delivery teams

Build and manage a high-performing engineering/AI team

Partner closely with product, delivery, and business leaders to integrate tech into GTM services

Ensure strong governance, data integrity, and security in partnership with IT
