Responsibilities

Writes and manages company-wide quality systems procedures and processes and is responsible for their compliance

Maintains ISO9001 compliance and supports efforts to maintain other Company certifications and compliances including international operations as required

Serves as quality champion for the company and promotes, supports, and trains employees in quality management systems and initiatives

Works with internal customers to develop and improve training and competency programs and materials for the Operations and Manufacturing

Manages all supplier certification requirements to authorize Inhance as a vendor to current and prospective customers

Maintains and manages the internal audit program

Develops summary reports of internal audits

Manages corrective action/preventive action process for quality issues

Coordinates investigation and resolution of all customer complaints

Issues and tracks internal and audit non-conformances and insures completion and effectiveness of corrective actions

Improves process documentation to facilitate process consistency and adherence to quality system requirements

Collects and uses data to develop quality initiatives to support continual improvement in the company

Collects, prepares and presents Quality Metrics to management on a prescribed schedule (month, quarterly, etc.)

Responsible for maintaining document control for all key documents including the organization of SharePoint site

Ability to travel up to 30%

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in the quality field

Minimum of 10 years combined experience in quality assurance, ISO9001 management

At minimum trained ISO lead auditor, certification preferred

Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of process improvement, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery

Ability to perform employee training and development, conflict resolution, and quality orientation

Computer proficient with a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and other software utilized in the production operations

Preferred

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
