Responsibilities
Lead analytics initiatives across reporting, strategy implementation, validation, and ad-hoc analyses
Perform customer segmentation, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis, and modeling to guide decision-making
Use SQL, SAS, Python, and Excel to design, test, and execute strategies
Develop digital solutions to improve customer servicing and retention
Track and measure the results of implemented strategies and provide clear insights to management
Present findings and recommendations to both business partners and executives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Graduate preferred) in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or related areas
Strong Excel/MS Office skills; SQL experience highly preferred
Proven problem-solving ability in complex, data-driven environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize and present insights
Preferred
Graduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
SQL experience highly preferred
Lending or consumer finance experience a plus
