Deliver consistent performance against key metrics across production, quality, and cost
Guide and develop operational teams, promoting accountability and high engagement
Collaborate with plant leadership to identify improvement opportunities and future capital projects
Qualification
Required
Proven supervisory/management experience in a pyro-process plant (lime, cement, or similar)
Strong track record in heavy industry or minerals processing
Ability to lead across cross-functional teams and drive performance outcomes
Sound working knowledge of quality, safety and environmental procedures
