Replacement Sales Manager

They are seeking an experienced Replacement Sales Manager to lead their Replacement/Retail Sales Team in the Greenville, SC region, focusing on team performance, coaching, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Maintain appropriate staffing levels for sales and support roles
Spend the majority of time in the field observing, coaching, and developing Sales Representatives
Train sales processes, techniques, and Pella-specific methodologies
Ensure all team members have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed
Create a positive, accountable, and motivating team environment
Manage team using key Pella metrics, including: Sales volume, Average discount, Yield per opportunity, Average order size, Close rate, CSR “Very Satisfied” percentage, Returns & allowances, Order and pricing accuracy
Maintain personal sales performance metrics consistent with established standards
Train showroom personnel on lead generation best practices
Manage showroom performance, including: Accurate collection of marketing data, Conversion of contacts to leads and leads to opportunities, Effective scheduling and calendar coverage, Presentation skills and showroom condition/appearance
Manage ACE opportunity workflow, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up, close date updates, and opportunity resulting within the Pella Direct Website
Manage Accounts Receivable within assigned markets
Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency
Prepare monthly and annual sales reports and track key trends
Assist with the development of annual sales budgets and business plans
Ensure compliance with all Pella Carolina policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and complete additional assignments as required by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of in-home sales management experience
5+ years of consumer direct sales experience
Strong leadership and goal-setting capabilities
Proven coaching and sales training experience
Strong computer proficiency (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with windows, doors, or related building products
