Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define CRM needs and implement scalable solutions
Develop user stories and project plans; manage timelines and communicate progress to leadership
Translate technical challenges into clear business requirements
Oversee sprint planning and backlog prioritization for platform enhancements
Maintain documentation of system configurations and workflows as processes evolve
Provide training and support to end-users, promoting best practices and adoption
Monitor data integrity and performance metrics through dashboards and validation processes

Required

Minimum 7 years of experience administering Salesforce in a B2B environment; financial services experience preferred
Proven ability to lead CRM initiatives and collaborate across business units
Strong project management and organizational skills
Salesforce Administrator certification required; advanced certifications (e.g., Developer, Business Analyst) are a plus
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)
Familiarity with sales enablement and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dialpad, or Allego
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
Ability to work in a hybrid model (4 days onsite in NYC, 1 day remote)
