Traveling Roofing Foreman

Talent Bridge is hiring for a specialized contractor delivering advanced roofing solutions across North America. The Traveling Roofing Foreman will oversee commercial low-slope roofing projects, manage crews, and ensure safety and efficiency on-site.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate commercial roofing crews (typically 5โ€“15 workers)
Enforce OSHA compliance and conduct daily safety meetings
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job documentation
Track project progress and complete daily reports (labor, materials, photos)
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact with project managers and stakeholders
Train, mentor, and develop crew members to maintain performance and safety standards
Identify and resolve jobsite issues to prevent delays or rework
Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site tools and equipment
Maintain professional conduct and represent the client positively at all job sites
Travel extensively for project assignments throughout the U.S. and Canada

Required

Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience, including at least 2 years in a foreman or lead role
Hands-on experience with low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR)
Strong leadership, organization, and crew management skills
Clear written and verbal communication abilities
Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
Ability to read and work from construction drawings and specifications
Physically capable of working at heights and in varied weather conditions
Willingness to travel up to 100%, including overnight and extended assignments
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to obtain and maintain required travel documentation for cross-border work (e.g., REAL ID, passport)

Preferred

OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
Manufacturer certifications related to commercial roofing systems
Bilingual English/Spanish skills (preferred, not required)
Experience operating larger work trucks
