Electrical/Systems Engineer (New Graduate)

Talent Bridge is hiring for one of their clients seeking an Electrical/Systems Engineer (New Graduate) to support the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of industrial process control and environmental systems in a manufacturing environment. The role offers hands-on exposure to system administration, control systems engineering, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational support.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update system functionality documentation and support commissioning of new or modified programming
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and control systems
Conduct inspections, collect and analyze system performance data, assess risk, and recommend corrective actions
Provide plant-level IT and network support for process control systems
Maintain accurate documentation including schematics, equipment files, and repair histories
Evaluate control hardware and software to ensure operational and regulatory compliance
Support troubleshooting and optimization of control loops, alarms, and field signals
Implement updates and modifications to existing process control programs
Provide training and guidance to plant personnel
Participate in equipment and process improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency
Participate in an on-call rotation to support operational needs, as required
Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility

Required

Bachelor's degree required
0–3 years (new graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong computer and software proficiency
