New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Bridge is hiring a Mobile Equipment Operator – Level II to support quarry operations and help build critical infrastructure across North America. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials throughout the quarry and includes operating heavy mobile equipment and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy mobile equipment, including:
Haul trucks
Front-end loaders (e.g., 993, 992, 988, 980 models)
Dozers, graders, excavators, backhoes, skid steer loaders
Fuel trucks and other quarry equipment as required
Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and complete inspection documentation
Identify, correct, or report mechanical issues and safety hazards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through daily housekeeping
Accurately track material movement and communicate production needs
Adjust material blends and flows as required
Communicate safety, maintenance, and production information clearly
Assist supervisors and team members with additional duties as assigned
Work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and callouts as required
Demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and write required
Physical stamina to perform demanding work in all weather conditions
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn plant flow, operations, and screening processes
Team-oriented mindset
Commitment to all safety protocols and proper use of required PPE
Ability to wear respiratory protection where required (including being clean-shaven for proper respirator seal)
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a quarry, mining, or construction environment preferred
Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy equipment
Materials plant operations experience preferred
