Responsibilities
Serve as the advisor for a portfolio of high value personal insurance clients
Conduct comprehensive risk and coverage reviews across home, auto, umbrella, collections, and specialty exposures
Develop customized insurance programs in partnership with leading carriers
Lead annual renewal meetings and ensure all accounts are covered to value and aligned with client goals
Advocate on behalf of clients during claims, ensuring fair and timely resolutions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in personal insurance, with an Illinois P&C license (or ability to obtain)
Deep knowledge of carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Cincinnati, Hanover, Berkley One, AIG, Vault, Hagerty, etc
Strong consultative communication skills and a genuine passion for relationship-driven client service
A polished, professional presence and the ability to represent the Hill & Stone brand with integrity and care

Preferred
Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems preferred
