Lead and grow the Site Civil practice in South Carolina
Manage and develop client relationships across municipal and private sectors
Oversee proposals, scopes, schedules, and fee development
Act as Senior Project Manager on complex site development projects
Provide technical oversight across grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and roadway design
Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff
Drive productivity, profitability, and team performance
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE)
10+ years' experience in a consulting engineering environment
Strong site development and permitting background
Proven project management and leadership capability
Preferred
Experience with Civil 3D
