Responsibilities
Own critical parts of the stack: AI voice agents, backend infrastructure, and EHR integrations
Build and ship production systems quickly, including LLM pipelines and real-time services
Work directly with clinics to prototype, deploy, and iterate on live products
Help define engineering standards, architecture, and technical direction
Build 0→1 systems in a fast-moving, high-trust environment
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in fast-paced startups (ex-YC experience is a plus)
Backend-leaning engineer comfortable working full stack when needed
Strong with TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, and SQL
Experience with or strong interest in LLMs (RAG, fine-tuning, pipelines)
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy owning problems end-to-end
Care about building products with real-world impact
Preferred
