Design, develop, test, deploy, and document complex enterprise applications across server, client, and web environments
Contribute to technical architecture and high-level design, translating requirements into reusable, component-level solutions
Analyze customer and business requirements to ensure application designs meet functional, performance, and industry standards
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and work guidance to less experienced developers and team members
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to coordinate development, implementation, and design decisions
Utilize Java/JEE, SQL, JSF, Hibernate, Spring, Web Services (SOAP/XML), and related tools to build scalable web applications
Develop and maintain technical documentation, test plans, and regression testing strategies to support quality delivery
Perform technical research, cost/feasibility analysis, and recommend alternative solutions to address complex system challenges
Qualification
