Build relationships through communicating and coordinating with general contractors, suppliers and attending job meetings
Lead a team and grow talent by interacting with and coaching field staff
Own the budget process from start to finish
Qualification
Required
Electrical license and experience as a field electrician or foreman
5+ years of electrical project management experience
Demonstrated computer skills
Initiative
Attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly
Strong capability to manage relationships with people across all levels utilizing solid communication skills
