From day one, you’ll take an active role in depositions, case analysis, trial prep, and client strategy

Work directly with clients and be encouraged to develop your own professional relationships

Required

Minimum 1 years of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of general liability, premises liability, products liability, employment and civil rights/§ 1983 work representing municipalities

Admission to the Georgia State Bar in good standing
