Responsibilities
Travel across the country to assess vehicle damage and support customers during times of crisis
Review policy coverage, investigate claims, and document your findings
Prepare or validate repair estimates using industry-leading tools
Negotiate and settle claims with empathy and efficiency
Capture detailed notes, decisions, and supporting documentation in the claims system
Balance your time between virtual assignments and in-person inspections (70% field, 30% virtual)
Qualification
Required
A passion for helping people and solving problems
Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC or Mitchell
Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including paintless dent repair
Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
As a condition of employment, your office/area may require you to obtain an adjuster and/or an appraiser license which includes passing an additional background check with the Department of Labor
If applicable, you will be required to secure license(s) within 60 days of hire
Preferred
2+ years of claims or auto damage experience
