Project Coordinator

Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company is looking for a Project Coordinator who will report directly to the Executive VP of Claims. The role involves contributing to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, overseeing inventory and distribution, and acting as a liaison with various departments and agencies.

Play a role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Oversee inventory, distribution of goods, and facility layout
Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including high-level staff members, vice presidents, etc
Performs other complex and confidential administrative support functions
Streamline workflow process
Provide quality assurance
Special projects as assigned by management
