G1 Consulting Group is seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee various services projects, including trading partner enablement and merger integration. The role requires managing remote teams and driving client projects while ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and schedule.

Responsibilities

Use knowledge of Project Management to increase client impact, develop your skillsets, and grow your career

Assume responsibility and drive client projects to keep processes and actions within scope, cost, and schedule

Schedule and facilitate meetings to ensure stakeholders are updated on project process

Record and distributes meeting minutes and key critical decisions

Create project documentation and reports to document project progress, next steps, internal decision making, and deliverable tracking

Manage all aspects of a project including project risks, issues, contingencies, communications, project schedules, project financials and change management plans

Support internal G1 daily operations i.e. sales proposal/marketing efforts, help build project/firm capital (templates, decks, tools, etc.)

Advanced knowledge and capabilities with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Proven ability to take initiative and meet deadlines

Understanding of program and project management best practices and strong organizational skills

Successfully demonstrated ability to direct workstreams and remote cross-functional teams

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably with senior level business contacts

Project Management Tool Experience (Jira, Monday, Motion, Teamwork, Microsoft Project, or similar)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be able to work flexible hours based on business needs
