They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee and execute Panel projects from contract through closeout, managing multiple concurrent projects and ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Construction
Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, installation oversight, and closeout
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500K to $10M+ in value
Collaborate with estimators, drafters, engineers, and field supervisors to ensure seamless handoff and execution
Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
Communicate daily with general contractors, owners, architects, and internal teams
Ensure all work meets quality standards, contract requirements, and safety regulations
Coordinate material releases, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings
Monitor project costs, schedules, and labor productivity, making adjustments as needed
Visit job sites regularly to support field teams, resolve issues, and track progress
Maintain detailed and organized project documentation in accordance with company protocols
Provide Technical support and mentorship for other APMs and PMs at BMF Corporation
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the commercial building envelope industry
Demonstrated expertise in metal panel systems (ACM, IMP, plate panels)
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project controls
Proficient in reading construction documents and coordinating submittals and RFIs
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities across multiple projects
Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)
OSHA 30 certification is a plus
Metal Panel: 10 years (Preferred)
