This role is responsible for data management and analysis supporting the portfolio of initiatives that align with the company's goals, providing insights for executive decision-making and operational governance.

Responsibilities

Provide data analysis, reporting, and visuals to support the Head of SP&D, SteerCo, Workstream Leads and the SLT in decision making

Provide thought leadership on how to best operationalize and implement operational efficiency and portfolio management governance principles throughout the evolution of the program

Partner with Wave team and stakeholders to ensure optimized user experience, processes, and data management

Review and analyze execution risk of portfolio by reporting on financial and execution metrics including initiative milestone progress and changes to forecast

Provide analysis to Workstream Lead outlining initiatives that are ahead and/or behind schedule

Gather, analyze, and package data to prepare the Workstream Lead with facilitating huddles, workstream meetings, and/or prioritization and sequencing problem-solving sessions

Escalate issues, concerns, roadblocks as appropriate

Required

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of experience with management reporting and analysis using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

2+ years of experience of relevant work experience as a strategic analyst or in a portfolio management role

2+ years of experience creating dashboards and using other data visualization tools

Preferred

MBA or 3+ years of work experience of data analytics, statistics, financial modeling and/or complex problem solving

A strong collaborator who demonstrates complex problem solving skills with a focus on the ability to work as a team to best operationalize governance and stakeholder reporting

Familiarity with insurance products and distribution

Experience managing stakeholder-facing platforms and/or data management tools

Strong financial acumen
