WSP is a growing organization currently seeking a Junior Architect to join their US Postal Service Team. The role involves performing various architectural assignments, preparing design documents, conducting site inspections, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural techniques for small projects to large projects

Exercise independent judgement in some areas evaluating, selecting and applying standard architectural design techniques, procedures and criteria to make design adaptations and modifications

Assist with the preparation of design documents, reports and related project documents using REVIT and other applicable software

Completes designs for applicable project, prepares architectural working drawings and related project documents

Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data

Conducts site and construction inspections gathering information, compiling reports for management

May assist in development of proposals

Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs

Qualification

REVITCADDArchitectural licenseDesign experienceUSPS

Required

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

1-3 years of related design experience

Familiarity with USPS required

The ability to travel, some internationally, to project or client sites as needed

Proficiency with CADD and REVIT platforms and their capabilities

Preferred

Architectural license
