This role focuses on maintaining production and service equipment in a safe, reliable operating condition while working collaboratively within a maintenance team.

Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repair work on plant production and service equipment
Maintain tools and equipment used within the maintenance department
Repair and eliminate product spillage and equipment malfunctions
Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, and telehandlers (with training as required)
Use heavy mechanical tools such as chainfalls and come-alongs
Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Follow standard work instructions to ensure safe and effective equipment utilization
Support overtime work as operational needs require
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Minimum 1 year of related mechanical, industrial, or maintenance experience (preferred)
Willingness to participate in training and skill-development programs for future advancement
Ability to work in an industrial environment and use required tools and safety equipment
Ability to meet job-related safety requirements, with reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with applicable laws
