Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and validate user and technical requirements
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define epics, features, and user stories
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions and ensure stories meet INVEST criteria
Lead user acceptance testing planning and execution
Maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and system interactions
Monitor project status, identify risks, and ensure timely deliverables
Provide guidance and training to end users on releases and system functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical experience
Health insurance experience
Experience interacting with large Scrum teams
Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Hands-on experience creating 10-15 user stories per week in Jira
Proven ability to deliver high-quality Agile artifacts and contribute to cost-effective, value-driven solutions
Experience with user acceptance testing, documentation, and release communications
Experience with troubleshooting system and process issues

Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of degree, 4 additional years of relevant work experience
Understanding of Agile frameworks and business analysis core competencies
Preferred
Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
