Frazier Industrial Company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide support for their internal business applications, including ERP and MES systems. Responsibilities

Provide front-line support for all internal applications (ERP, MES, office productivity tools, and other business systems)

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to software, user access, configurations, and basic hardware as it relates to application use

Log, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users

Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary, following defined procedures

Assist with user onboarding: account creation, role/permission setup in ERP and MES, and basic training on core applications

Document solutions, FAQs, and user guides to build a knowledge base and reduce recurring issues

Support application testing for upgrades and enhancements, including user acceptance testing and feedback collection

Work closely with business departments (operations, finance, supply chain, etc.) to understand their processes and help optimize how they use ERP and MES

Required

2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or application support, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience supporting business applications; prior exposure to ERP and/or MES systems is strongly preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to explain technical concepts in clear, user-friendly language

Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills

Ability to work fully onsite in Long Valley, NJ, Monday–Friday

Preferred

Experience with a specific ERP and/or MES platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, etc.)

Experience documenting procedures and creating user-facing guides or training materials

Background supporting production, warehouse, or shop-floor users
