New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Bridge is seeking a QC Lab Technician to support quality control and manufacturing operations. This role ensures products meet the highest standards by performing testing, reviewing production data, documenting results, and assisting with laboratory support functions.

Responsibilities
Follow all safety rules, company policies, and standard work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized lab environment (5S standard)
Analyze raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
Recommend batch corrections to ensure product quality
Alert supervision to product quality, process issues, or equipment concerns
Place non-conforming materials on hold for review
Accurately record testing results and manage documentation in QC systems
Release finished goods in company systems as authorized
Handle hazardous materials and lab waste safely
Generate basic quality reports and maintain electronic records
Demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard office tools
Ability to read and follow English work instructions
Comfortable using measurement tools and laboratory equipment
Ability to work independently while following established procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; responsible for data integrity
Preferred
Experience in chemical or manufacturing environments
