Responsibilities
Serve as first-line HR functional support for end users during Oracle Fusion HCM go-live and hypercare
Support managers and employees with Oracle Fusion HCM processes, including:
Core HR / Workforce Administration
Job changes, transfers, terminations
Manager and employee self-service transactions
Translate business questions into system-related guidance using Oracle Fusion HCM
Troubleshoot and resolve common user issues; escalate system defects appropriately
Partner closely with HR leadership, the implementation SI, and internal IT as needed
Reinforce new HR processes, policies, and operating models enabled by Oracle Fusion
Provide real-time coaching and knowledge transfer to business stakeholders
Help stabilize HR operations during the transition from legacy systems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM (end-user support, post-go-live, or optimization)
Strong understanding of HR operational processes (excluding payroll and benefits)
Experience supporting managers and employees through system or process change
Ability to work in a fast-paced, go-live or hypercare environment
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
UC system experience
Preferred
Prior experience supporting an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation go-live
Experience in large enterprise or complex, multi-entity organizations
Background working alongside system integrators during ERP deployments
Change management or HR transformation experience
