Contract Administrator - Strategic Sourcing
Seattle Children's is a leading pediatric medical center dedicated to providing superior patient care and advancing pediatric research. The Contract Administrator for Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts related to hospital-specific services and goods, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective contract management.

Preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating, and revising contracts
Assisting in the entire contracting process for all contracts within the Hospital Supply Chain, including negotiation, contract finalization, and tracking
Providing contract recommendations and guidance to Supply Chain and Hospital Department leadership
Updating the contract repository
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years of contracting experience, with emphasis in language/contract term review and recommendation
Preferred
Experience working with WorkDay Strategic Sourcing platform
Experience with pre- and post-award activities for RFx and contracts
Juris Doctorate degree or Paralegal certification
