Responsibilities
Lead research in planning, reasoning, and tool use for autonomous engineering systems
Define prompting frameworks, structured tool invocation, model alignment, and preference optimization
Advance verifier-guided RL, long-horizon behaviors, and MoE routing in a fast-moving research environment
Collaborate closely with systems, data, simulation, and tooling teams operating real engineering workflows
Qualification
Required
Strong technical foundations in AI systems
Experience in planning, reasoning, and tool use for autonomous engineering systems
Ability to define prompting frameworks and structured tool invocation
Knowledge of model alignment and preference optimization
Experience with verifier-guided reinforcement learning (RL)
Understanding of long-horizon behaviors and mixture of experts (MoE) routing
Ability to collaborate closely with systems, data, simulation, and tooling teams
