Responsibilities
Design, build, and troubleshoot interfaces between Sectra and third-party systems
Manage integration and interface portions of implementation projects
Support data integrity checks across systems
Test and validate interfaces against project requirements
Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing
Collaborate with team members and customers to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions
Build third-party application integrations (e.g., using URL, XML, API, or JSON)
Grow into performing customer trainings and technical deep dives as needed
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of integration experience (HL7, DICOM, interoperability, or similar)
Skilled in technical problem-solving and comfortable in customer-facing work
Working knowledge of HL7, DICOM, XML, or scripting basics
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to documentation and process
Willing to work occasional after-hours shifts for project go-lives
Demonstrate a collaborative attitude and a growth mindset
Fluent in English
Preferred
Experience with 3rd party integrations such as Powerscribe or Epic
Exposure to Mirth, SQL, scripting (Python, JavaScript, PowerShell), or data migration tools
Prior customer implementation or technical troubleshooting experience
