Required

Proven experience in financial analysis within the healthcare sector
Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3–5+ years of financial analysis, modeling, forecasting
Strong Excel (advanced formulas; macros/VBA a plus)
Experience with variance analysis, forecasting, workload or trend analysis
GAAP knowledge
Comfortable presenting insights to leadership
Eagerness to engage in professional development and continuous improvement
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and financial insights
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets
Ability to prepare and present detailed financial reports to management
Experience with budgeting processes and financial performance monitoring
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
