Responsibilities
Manage discovery and law and motion
Draft and respond to discovery, motions to compel, MSJ/adjudication, and pre-trial filings
Conduct legal research — including AI-assisted platforms
Appear in court, mediations, and depositions
Develop case strategy and maintain communication with clients
Help manage a growing caseload of 30+ matters with guidance
Collaborate with paralegals, clerks, and support staff
Qualification
Required
JD + Active California Bar
3–5 years of litigation experience
Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Excellent organization and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Comfort working in a structured, fast-paced litigation environment
Preferred
Employment law, class action, or PAGA experience
Arbitration or trial exposure (AAA, JAMS, etc.)
Familiarity with FileVine, Clio, Teams, RingCentral, Lexis, and PDF drafting tools
Experience in AI-supported research or drafting
