Responsibilities

Drive new business across off-price and value retail accounts
Leverage existing buyer relationships to open doors and secure programs
Build seasonal and retailer specific assortments aligned to retailer price points
Partner with internal teams on fabrication, costing, and margin optimization
Expand category penetration and repeat business year-over-year
Manage account performance and identify growth opportunities mid-season
Establish scalable outerwear programs with consistent volume flow
