Start in 2026 SpringTalent Bridge is offering a 10-week paid internship that provides hands-on exposure to plant operations, mechanical systems, and capital projects. Interns will work onsite at the Ste. Genevieve, MO facility to contribute meaningfully to operational improvements and process optimization.

Responsibilities
Learn operating procedures, process control plans, and plant products
Understand mechanical, maintenance, and production operations
Collate data, establish process correlations, and support capital project strategies
Monitor process equipment to ensure maximum capacity usage
Contribute to real projects/tasks with measurable business impact
Apply engineering knowledge and teamwork skills to achieve team and company goals
Prepare and deliver a presentation to executive leadership summarizing learnings and contributions
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Mechanical Engineering program
Strong academic performance and understanding of engineering principles
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
High energy, proactive, and eager to tackle challenges
Team-oriented and able to collaborate across different levels of the organization
Willingness to spend significant time in the field gaining hands-on experience
Geographic flexibility to work at various sites
