Customer Service Representative
Penn Color, Inc. is seeking a passionate and collaborative individual to join their commercial team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves partnering with the outside sales team to enhance customer experience through high-level support and service.
Manufacturing
Responsibilities
General account management including customer correspondence, confirmation of orders, assisting customers with any questions or issues, etc
Order entry – new orders, releases off of stock, order changes, etc
Follow up on orders and any open issues (pricing, complaints, stocking reports, etc.) for customers, Sales Reps, Business Managers and Sales Managers
Notify customer of any delays
Provide inventory status per customer requests
Process complaints and ensure proper personnel are notified
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience required (manufacturing environment a plus)
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Oracle a plus
Strong organization skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
Results oriented with effective analytical and problem solving skills
Strong team player with a high degree of personal ethics and integrity
Demonstrated relationship-building skills
Must possess a customer-centric, can-do attitude
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
Export experience a plus
