Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory plan and detailed business strategies to meet or exceed your sales goals and quotas
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Deliver engaging product presentations and proposals to prospective customers
Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Collaborate across teams to share market feedback and drive customer-centric improvements
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM tools like Salesforce

Required

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related professional experience
2–4 years of proven success in sales, preferably in solution-based or B2B environments
Experience using CRM software (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to connect and build rapport
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management abilities
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team
Resilience, accountability, and a drive to meet (and exceed) targets
