The role focuses on new business generation, category expansion, and long-term account growth with leading off-price retailers.

Responsibilities

Win new apparel business across off-price and value retailers
Own and grow buyer relationships at accounts such as TJX, Ross, Burlington, and regional off-price chains
Open new categories and expand penetration with existing retail partners
Build retailer-specific assortments, pricing architectures, and margin-led programs
Partner with Design, Merchandising, Production, and Planning to execute at pace
Identify in-season opportunities and react commercially to demand signals
Develop repeatable programs that scale year-over-year

Required

Proven experience selling apparel into off-price/value retail
Existing buyer relationships you can activate immediately

Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
