New Grad, Entry LevelTalent Bridge is hiring for a client seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support quarry operations during the night shift. This role is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and plant machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Responsibilities
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair crushers, conveyors, screens, pumps, and related plant equipment
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on mobile and stationary machinery
Weld, cut, and fabricate parts or structures to support equipment repairs and improvements
Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Install, align, and adjust motors, bearings, gearboxes, and conveyor components
Conduct safety inspections and report hazards or required repairs
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage logs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in quarry, mining, or industrial maintenance environments
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of heavy equipment systems
Welding and fabrication experience
Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team
Ability to perform job duties in an industrial environment, including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors
Ability to use required tools and equipment safely
Ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE), with reasonable accommodation provided where required by law
