Production Supervisor
Talent Bridge is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee plant operations, ensuring continuous production, equipment reliability, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with management and cross-functional teams, operating heavy equipment, performing minor maintenance, and maintaining housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities
Start up, operate, and shut down production systems safely and efficiently
Perform equipment inspections, preventative and minor maintenance, and general housekeeping
Conduct quality checks to ensure mills operate within specifications and maintain inventory levels
Operate mobile equipment to manage material piles, feed dryers and mills, and maintain production flow
Operate forklifts, skid steers, sucker trucks, and sweepers for housekeeping and operational tasks
Execute daily plans for granulation, dryer, and finish mills as provided by the Production Coordinator
Troubleshoot operational issues and report findings to the Production Coordinator
Collaborate with Maintenance, Distribution, Quality, and Process teams to meet plant KPIs
Follow union labor agreements within the Production department
Demonstrate a commitment to safety, health, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
Education: Associates/College degree required; Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience with progressive responsibility, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role
Technical Skills: Proficient in computer programs (Excel, Word, SAP, TIS, Maximo, Lotus Notes)
Other Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus
Work 12-hour rotating shifts
Adherence to Amrize-approved PPE and respirator requirements (clean-shaven for proper fit)
Some local travel may be required
Preferred
Preferred Fields of Study: Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science
Cement plant or heavy industry experience preferred
